Terminator A / Cable Splicer - Underground (Dominion)

Conduct new construction, maintain, and repair energized and de-energized underground electrical systems while prioritizing safety. Lead crew members in the absence of the Employee in Charge, managing pre-job and tailgate safety briefings. Train and mentor apprentices and groundmen, installing and repairing underground power, conductors, and related hardware. Operate backhoes, bucket trucks, digger trucks, and mini excavators in confined spaces and near energized equipment. Perform live-line work using approved gloving and hot-stick techniques. Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, and wind, and be available for outages, storms, and emergencies on a rotation basis. Requires a CDL, three years of recent underground experience, and willingness to travel long distances.
