Job Summary
Conduct terminal operations for liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon distribution at the Oak Creek, WI facility. Lead a team of ten drivers and two mechanics while enforcing DOT regulations and basic safety processes to drive toward zero incidents. Manage inventory, optimize delivery logistics, and perform customer site safety inspections to ensure equipment and access meet delivery expectations. Serve as the primary liaison between drivers, plant operations, and the Site Manager to resolve incidents and maintain accurate reporting. Work on-call and travel monthly for driver observations, requiring physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license
- a good driving record
- Ability to climb ladders and steps
- lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Be able to meet on-call and call-in requirements as needed

- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Management of the terminal's Basic Safety Process
