Terminal Services Attendant

Conduct daily cleaning of terminal buildings and grounds, including washing floors, windows, and maintaining garden areas. Provide fare, schedule, and procedural information to customers while resolving complaints and directing vehicle and foot traffic. Assist with vessel docking, boarding, and disabled vehicle handling, plus inspect berths and docks for hazardous conditions. Drive the fleet vehicle to deliver materials, operate forklifts if required, and perform routine facility maintenance. Participate in safety drills, secure the terminal at closing, and conduct security rounds to report breaches. Perform administrative tasks such as updating files, completing inspection reports, and processing fares and reservations.
