Terminal Returns & Repair Technician

Receive, unpack, and process daily returns from customers, then perform initial screening of payment terminals by clearing and verifying transaction data. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and carry out repairs on payment terminals, followed by conducting testing and software updates to ensure full functionality. Contribute to accurate data collection and reporting while ensuring correct and complete invoicing data is captured. This role supports logistics activities for payment terminals, accessories, and services across the Nordics, ensuring smooth operations for internal teams, customers, partners, and service providers.
