Terminal Operator

Job Summary
Operate and safely control terminal equipment to load/unload rail cars and trucks at Valley City Terminal. Maintain grounds, perform maintenance on mobile and terminal equipment, and keep accurate records of receipts, shipments, and inventory. Assist in training new employees and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and familiarity with PPE; use equipment such as vibrators, compressors, front-end loaders, pumps, vacuum systems, railcar movers, and related machinery; perform clerical tasks as required and assist at other Amrize locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office and SAP
- Experience with customer service and equipment operation and maintenance
- Cement Terminal experience preferred
