Job Summary
Process and ship UPS, DHL, and FedEx packages using WorldShip, WorldEase, and FedEx Ship Manager systems while communicating with the credit manager for card orders. Print address labels, scale, scan, and measure boxes to ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare manual invoices for consolidated orders. Collaborate with the Outbound Lead on shipping timelines, monitor inventory levels for supplies, and assist in training new team members. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment adhering to safety regulations. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for eight hours daily within a moderate-noise warehouse setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer software skills
- Acute attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed written instructions
- Knowledge of proper state abbreviations and country codes
- Intermediate ERP skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day
