Terminal Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversees terminal staff and the ERP system to ensure timely and efficient customer deliveries. Develops workforce through setting clear expectations, training, coaching, and performance feedback; participates in interviewing and hiring; builds routes within the ERP for operational efficiency; ensures proper unloading/loading processes and safety; reviews load plans and hazmat loading to meet DOT requirements; ensures shipments are manifested and stowed for damage-free transit; generates daily to quarterly reports supporting dock operations; accountable for priority shipments; requires strong communications and organizational skills and the ability to work across first/second/third shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent
