Terminal Manager

Job Summary
Conduct and supervise all terminal operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports while enforcing company policies and coordinating shipments into and out of facility tankage. Manage inventory accuracy, product quality testing, and routine inspections, including meter calibration and integrity programs. Schedule maintenance with operators and contractors, act as Incident Commander during emergencies, and maintain communication with the customer base. Develop and execute the yearly operating budget, oversee capital projects, and monitor third-party commercial contracts. Perform duties at the work site during regularly scheduled hours, with up to 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (5) years' of pipeline and/or terminaling experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Up to 10% travel required
- Normal physical mobility, which includes light lifting, bending, and climbing
- Normal physical mobility, which includes movements from place to place on the job taking distance and speed into account
- Normal physical agility, which includes ability to maneuver body while in place
- Must be able to climb heights in excess of 60', ascend stairs or ladders, work atop tanks, and traverse metal walkways at heights
- Normal physical strength to handle 20-50 lb object, taking frequency into consideration
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on an infrequent basis
- May supervise work in confined spaces (i.e. tanks, between compressors, vessels)
- Normal dexterity of hands and fingers
- Normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot
- Normal endurance
- Normal concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort
- Normal memory, taking into consideration the amount and type of information
- Normal complexity of decision-making
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Normal ability to see, distinguish colors, hear, smell and taste
- Normal sense of touch
- Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions and temperature extremes, cramped spaces, loud noises, chemicals and fumes, dust, heights or work safety hazards
- Regularly exposed to work in high, precarious places
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, hand tools and small to medium-sized power tool use
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- This position is required to be performed at the work site during regularly scheduled hours
- Physical presence at the work site is required
- Successful candidates must complete a drug screen, functional employment physical and background check

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and experience with terminal automation software - such as Toptech
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
