Job Summary
Terminal Manager for a warehouse leading operations, safety, and compliance. Oversees budget, profitability, accounts payable/receivable touchpoints, driver settlements, and performance metrics (QOS, TDI). Manages daily operations, security programs, and training of warehouse and office staff. Responsible for DOT/HOS compliance, fleet data reporting, field audits, inventory accuracy, customer orders, routing, and safety investigations. Must mentor staff, manage labor, coordinate with temporary agencies, and ensure safety and regulatory requirements are met. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license; 18+ with a GED/HS diploma and at least four years of related experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
