Job Summary
Terminal Manager for a storage facility in San Antonio responsible for overall operations, supervising staff and sub-contractors, and coordinating with the San Antonio Police Department to ensure safe, efficient operations. Oversees security, regulatory compliance for vehicle storage, incident investigations, and reporting; directs facility maintenance and ensures wreckers comply with laws and insurance regulations. Leads training programs for sub-contractors, manages KPI/PID reporting, inventory audits (cycle counts, full inventories), and drives continuous improvement in productivity and safety. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency in Excel for data analysis, and a valid driver license. Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and vehicle storage industry practices is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Possess High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
- Possess Valid Driver License
- Possess knowledge of and ability to adhere to general safety practices
- Possess knowledge of warehousing inventory best practices including location audits, cycle count procedures, full physical inventories, and reporting
- Possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, focusing on pivot tables and formula driven data analysis
- Possess understanding of facility KPI’s and PID’s with personnel to target and reduce waste and foster engagement
- Possess background in warehousing or distribution facility management as Operations Manager or higher (preferred)
