Terminal Manager

Terminal Manager for Airgas bulk cryo logistics facilities in Alvin, Freeport, and Ingleside, TX. Oversees local safety management, driver recruiting and staffing, vehicle maintenance, and overall cost-efficient operation while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies (DOT, OSHA, FDA). Manages a 24/7 operation with supervision of drivers, mechanics, and office staff; drives safety coaching, monthly safety meetings, accident investigations, and maintains driver files, vehicle maintenance records, and shipping paperwork. Responsible for DOT Hours of Service compliance, staffing optimization, and continuous improvement of safety, customer service, and efficiency KPIs to maximize vehicle and equipment utilization. Requires 4–6 years of operations management experience supervising a team and 3+ years in distribution/logistics; preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Schedule is 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with on-call coverage.
