Terminal Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for the service center, including managing terminal operations reports on revenues, costs, accidents, and claims. Inspect facilities for safety compliance with OSHA and DOT rules while maintaining cleanliness and ensuring timely repairs. Monitor assigned budgets and operating metrics to diagnose and improve processes. Lead hiring initiatives and manage staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Directly supervise front-line leadership, administrative support, and drivers while demonstrating core values. Report to the Director of Regional Operations and work all shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of previous LTL supervisory or management experience
- Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to lead a team on a daily basis
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work all shifts as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
