Terminal Driver Support Specialist

Provide drivers with necessary support during evening and weekend hours so loads are delivered safely and on time; respond to drivers’ questions regarding schedule, loads, and paperwork; escalate emergency situations involving law enforcement or driver compliance; dispatch drivers on pre-planned loads and complete associated data entry; resolve load targets and coordinate with teams to address customers’ special needs; monitor loads and document issues or resolutions; hand off information to the next shift; promote driver safety; and provide operational and administrative support to terminal leadership as needed.
