Floor Manager for Mango at the Birmingham Fort SC store. Part-time role (20 hours/week) requiring full flexibility across Monday to Sunday. You’ll be responsible for the general running of the floor, achieving sales targets, and delivering top customer service. Lead, motivate and coach the team, allocate tasks, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and drive performance to exceed KPIs.
