Teppan Chef

Greet guests within 15 minutes of their teppan order and perform a cooking show while preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment. Cook and serve hot meals directly in front of guests, ensuring correct food portions and adhering to recipes, portioning standards, and guest cooking preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, hibachi tables, equipment, and storage zones by performing shift opening and closing duties, rotating foods using FIFO, and reporting maintenance issues. Respond promptly to guest requests, provide food information, and participate in special occasion celebrations. Complete the 5-week paid training course and pass the Benihana chef training program.
