Job Summary
Teppan Chef at Benihana responsible for engaging guests and providing a memorable dining experience by cooking and performing a show on hibachi tables in front of guests. Duties include preparing a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items per recipes and portion standards, maintaining clean and sanitized cooking and dining areas, guiding guests on cooking preferences, answering inquiries, and following company guidelines for food preparation and presentation. Must complete Benihana chef training; prior chef or cook experience is desirable. This role emphasizes guest interaction, food preparation, portion control, safety, and teamwork to deliver exceptional hospitality while leveraging a strong emphasis on training and growth opportunities.
