Job Summary
Load and unload trucks on job sites, clean and prepare areas, dig trenches, set braces, erect scaffolding, and remove debris. Setup tents, tables, chairs, and stages as directed by the Crew Lead or Project Manager, while constructing temporary fencing and placing road barricades. Operate hand and power tools with flexibility to work 6–12 hours daily, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift 50lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and work outside in extreme weather. Forklift certification and DOT card capability are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 50lbs. or more
- Flexibility and ability to work from 6 - 12 hours per day
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
- Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to comprehend numerous policies, procedures, concepts and to respond using discretion based on general and client-specific policies
Desired Qualifications
- Previous tent construction and take down experience
- Forklift certification
- Driving larger delivery vehicles
- Possession or capability to obtain a DOT card
- Willingness to obtain CDL
