Job Summary
Tennis Shop Attendant needed to support the tennis experience for members and guests at the club. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise selections, maintaining well-stocked tennis gear and apparel, managing inventory, placing merchandise orders, and supporting overall tennis shop operations. Daily duties involve processing transactions at the register, checking in players for play, handling inquiries about lessons and court reservations, merchandising and organizing the shop, overseeing tennis operations and staff as needed, closing procedures, inventory checks, special orders follow-up, processing invoices, maintaining member information and stringing records, and promoting tennis and the club. Requires a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal and communication skills, readiness to assist with various duties, and adherence to safety and club policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail or sports environment preferred)
