Job Summary
Greet members, schedule lessons and court time, and assist with determining individual needs while promoting Life Time programs and products. Educate members on tennis programs, lessons, and equipment, and initiate personalized relationships to encourage repeat business. Maintain tennis facilities and equipment, ensure the Life Shop is neat and stocked, and complete daily billing and cash register reconciliation accurately. Provide exceptional customer service to support the Tennis Coordinator and Tennis Manager in day-to-day operations. This hourly position offers wages starting at $13.25, with benefits including a fully subsidized membership, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- CPR and AED Certified within the first 30 days of hire
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
