Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Tennis/Pickleball sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5) at Bay Area sites, using provided lesson plans; manage class sizes of 8–16, maintain a positive environment, and participate in a 2-day training/shadowing before starting. Responsibilities include attendance/sign-ins, parent/school staff interactions, and capturing a few class photos for documentation. Programs run after school, summers, and Saturday clinics, with in-person, on-site coaching across multiple Bay Area schools. Equipment is provided; opportunities to teach Morning/Afternoon half-days or full-day summer camp sessions, with potential extension to 6:00 PM. Must be able to work in-person, be locally available, and have reliable transportation; US work eligibility and background checks completed prior to start.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports
- Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work
Desired Qualifications
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and patient with kids
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred
- Strong communication and class management skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not provided)
- Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check
