Job Summary
Deliver tennis instruction and organize engaging clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors to boost participation and skill development. Promote tennis memberships and serve as the club’s tennis ambassador to enhance member experience. Design and promote leagues, round robins, tournaments, and events; optimize facility use; orient new members to available programs; maintain courts and safety; assist with member requests and ensure professional, client-focused service. Maintain a collaborative, professional presence with members and staff, and pursue ongoing certifications and personal growth to contribute to the club's success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of tennis playing/instruction/coaching at a club or sports facility level
- 1+ year group lessons or instructional programs for players of varying levels (including juniors and adults)
- 1+ year organizing social events for members
- USPTA or PTR certification preferred
