Tennis Pro Shop Attendant at The Sea Pines Resort delivers guest service and supports daily shop operations, assisting with court reservations, tennis lesson bookings, clinic registrations, and retail transactions. Responsibilities include processing retail purchases and program transactions via POS, merchandising apparel and tennis equipment, maintaining shop cleanliness and presentation, handling inquiries, inventory management, and supporting tennis events, tournaments, clinics, and resort activities. Requires strong communication, guest-focused service, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a luxury hospitality setting. Knowledge of resort amenities and Forbes-level service standards is used to enhance guest experiences; collaboration with Tennis Professionals and other departments is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality, recreation, or customer service experience preferred
  • Tennis or sports-related experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury resort environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge preferred
