Job Summary
Teach private and group tennis lessons while implementing Life Time's Play Learn Love and SMART (Juniors) methodology to grow book and personal revenue. Develop comprehensive programs that ensure students follow a pathway for continued involvement and maintain a positive Net Promoter Score. Monitor and instruct students on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall game. Engage members in programs, tournaments, and special events using available marketing tools. Represent Life Time Tennis in the community through school involvement, education programs, and charity fundraisers. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1 to 3 years of teaching experience, USTPA or PTR certification, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Life Time operates over 160 athletic country clubs dedicated to holistic well-being for all ages.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of experience teaching tennis lessons
- United States Professional Tennis Association (USTPA) and/or Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) Certification
- CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
