Job Summary
Analyze business performance, determine strengths and opportunities, and set long-term strategic vision. Create and execute independent growth plans utilizing P&L management, KPIs, and on/off court SOPs. Manage talent by proactively recruiting, retaining staff, addressing poor performance, and developing according to best practices. Teach private and group tennis lessons while implementing Life Time's Play Learn Love and SMART methodology. Conduct department meetings, including sales huddles, and ensure Tennis Pros exceed monthly revenue and lesson goals. Train and develop staff through quality orientations, direction, and feedback. Requires USPTA or PTR certification, CPR/AED within 30 days, and 3-4 years of teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS Graduate or Equivalent
- United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and/or Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certified
- CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire
- 3-4 years of experience teaching tennis lessons
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
