Job Summary
Tennis House Attendant at the The Salvation Army Greenville Kroc Center Griswold—Greenville, SC. Responsibilities include delivering excellent member and guest service, promoting and selling memberships and/or lessons, answering inquiries about courts, programs, and schedules, handling merchandise and cash, operating POS/software, assisting with clinics/events, preparing reports, and maintaining clean, orderly facilities. Requires customer-service experience, basic clerical skills, ability to lift moderate weights, and certifications in Safe From Harm, Blood Borne Pathogens, and CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days. Must be at least 18 and possess a High School diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School or G.E.D. required
- Six months cashier and/or customer service experience with knowledge of tennis, USTA league play and tennis lesson programs
- Certifications: Safe From Harm Certification, Blood Borne Pathogens Certification, CPR/First Aid/AED certification within first 30 days of employment
