Job Summary
Supports the Tennis Director and Tennis House Manager in day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse and billing reconciliation; sells tennis memberships, registers members for lessons and clinics, and assists as needed to meet members’ needs and center concerns. Maintains high levels of customer service for members, non-members, guests, and staff; stays knowledgeable on programs and class schedules; manages tennis court scheduling for lessons, clinics, leagues, and tournaments; assists with facility prep for league and tournament events; promotes products/programs/lessons and maintains accurate participant information; educates members on Kroc Tennis Center policies; requires up to date knowledge of operations and customer service expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- 2-4 years experience providing customer service in a related environment
- Knowledge and experience in USTA league play and tennis lesson programs
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
