Job Summary
Conduct daily competitive practices, manage player development, and uphold a disciplined, faith-centered team culture for the Frosh/Soph Girls Tennis program. Collaborate with the Varsity Head Coach to maintain a unified philosophy and prepare student-athletes for advancement. Build healthy relationships with student-athletes while clearly communicating expectations to parents and staff. Manage the program in alignment with Catholic educational values and core principles of Honor, Glory, and Love. Requires NFHS coaching certifications, CPR/First Aid/AED training, and a bachelor's degree preferred. Stipend ranges from $3,000 to $6,000 for the 2026 academic year.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching certification
- NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest certification
- NFHS Concussion in Sports certification
- NFHS Heat Illness Prevention certification
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
