Job Summary
Teach beginner-level tennis classes for children ages 5–10 using company lesson plans while managing groups of 8–16 students. Create a safe and positive learning environment, take attendance, and communicate professionally with parents and school staff. Attend a 2-day unpaid training session and provide documentation photos as required. Schedule includes Monday–Friday mornings or Saturday/Sunday clinics with back-to-back sessions available. Applicants must be at least 19, authorized to work in the U.S., and live in the Bay Area with a valid driver's license. All lesson plans and equipment are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
- Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
- Must be able to attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (2–3 hours per session)
Desired Qualifications
- Playing or coaching experience
- USPTA/PTR certification
- Enjoy working with children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Enjoy sports and working with children
