Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Tennis/Pickleball to elementary students (Grades K–5) across Bay Area school sites using provided lesson plans. Manage class sizes of 8–16, maintain a positive environment, attend a 2-day training/shadowing session, take attendance and interact with parents/school staff, capture class photos for documentation. Work across After School Program (one class per day, ~1 hour with possible 30 minutes pre-care), Summer Camps (June–August), and Saturday Tennis Clinics (Starting September). All equipment is provided. Programs include Yoga, Soccer, PE, Pickleball, Volleyball, Basketball, and Dance; opportunity to apply to multiple programs. Requires in-person work, local residency, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Salary details include Summer Camp pay: $18–$24 per hour (leading to $37,440–$49,920 annualized when assuming full-time hours) and After School/Saturday sessions pay: $50–$65 per session. Schedule varies by program with multiple daily time slots and potential extension until 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports
- Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work
