Job Summary
Teach Tennis/Pickleball to elementary students (Grades K–5) across Bay Area sites, delivering beginner-friendly sessions using provided lesson plans. Manage class sizes of 8–16, attend a 2-day training, and capture class photos for documentation. Roles include After School Program (one class per day plus possible pre-care) and Saturday Tennis Clinics, with Summer Camp sessions in June–August. Programs run in-person at multiple schools; equipment is provided. Most schedules are weekday afternoons (1:00 PM–5:00 PM) or half-day options, plus potential extension until 6:00 PM and Saturday sessions. Requirements include minimum age, fitness for in-person coaching, reliable transportation, US work eligibility (visa sponsorship not provided), vaccination, TB test, and Live Scan background check. Applicants should enjoy working with kids, have strong communication/class-management skills, and be prepared for training/shadowing before starting. US work eligibility and local residency are required; positions emphasize a fun, active environment and opportunities to coach across various programs (including yoga, soccer, PE, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and dance).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis preferred
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
