Job Summary
Manage classes of 8-16 students aged 5-10, delivering pickleball and tennis instruction using provided lesson plans. Transport equipment, set up courts, and handle attendance sign-in/out for each session. Provide individual feedback to students by session end and capture photos of their activities. Interact with parents and school staff as needed. Attend a two-day training and shadowing session prior to starting. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic approach while working independently within a small team. Classes run Monday through Friday between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. for elementary students across Bay Area schools.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 19+ years old upon application submission
- Must have own car and valid driver's license to use at work
- Willingness to undergo a live scan background check and TB test before working
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work

Desired Qualifications
- Previous teaching or playing experience in pickleball or tennis
- USPTA/PTR certification
- Enjoy working with kids and possess effective classroom management skills
- Flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and a professional, enthusiastic approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, positive attitude
