Job Summary
Therapist delivering individual and group therapy for substance use disorder members in a 100% remote role. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with families and healthcare providers, and participate in an interdisciplinary team to support adolescents and adults in a prenatal/postpartum and substance-exposed population. Must hold Tennessee licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.; role emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration, and outcome-driven care.
