Job Summary
Develop a commercial and forward-looking tender strategy by translating client needs into innovative approaches for Hanab Energy Solutions. Analyze customer requirements and latent questions to ensure the team delivers unique, tailored proposals. Coordinate and lead a tender team of 2–5 members, bringing experts together for optimal process execution. Negotiate and maintain client contact while representing the company in self-directed discussions with stakeholders. Oversee the contract and procurement phase, including pricing optimization and EMVI management to achieve the best price-quality ratio. Evaluate and improve tender processes by learning from past bids to professionalize bid management. Collaborate with disciplines such as QHSE, Finance, and Planning to integrate technical and cost aspects correctly. Manage tenders ranging from €100K to over €100 million, working across complex energy infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Tender Manager, Bid Manager of vergelijkbare rol
- Aantoonbare ervaring in de energiesector, bijvoorbeeld in ondergrondse infrastructuur, energietechniek of duurzame energieprojecten
- Sterke kennis van aanbestedingsprocedures (o.a. UAV‐GC, RAW, Aanbestedingswet)
- Uitstekende schrijfvaardigheid en het vermogen om complexe materie helder te verwoorden
- Ervaring met UAV-GC en EMVI-methodieken
- Strategisch denker met een hands‐on mentaliteit
- Communicatief sterk, overtuigend en in staat om teams te verbinden
- Proactief, analytisch en resultaatgericht
