Job Summary
Proactively monitor government, institutional, and private sector tender portals to identify bidding opportunities. Own the full tender preparation process by gathering regulatory, legal, financial, and commercial documents while ensuring 100% compliance with specifications, deadlines, and local regulations. Collaborate with Market Access and Finance teams to finalize competitive pricing strategies and cost calculations, then facilitate legal finalization and execution of awarded contracts. Communicate clear terms to Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance departments for fulfillment. Requires a Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Sciences and 2+ years of tender management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in tender management, bids, and contract administration within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
