Tender Manager

Develop and execute winning tender strategies based on client, market, and competitor analyses. Coordinate the full tender process from Go/No-Go decisions to final submission, leading multidisciplinary teams and facilitating bid/no-bid choices with risk and opportunity assessments. Translate client needs into compelling proposals and high-quality EMVI documentation while maintaining commercial sharpness. Continuously improve the tender approach using win/loss analyses and AI applications, contributing knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization. This role directly impacts Bilfinger's commercial results and order intake, combining sales, business development, and operations to build a future-proof tender organization.
