Job Summary
Tender Manager coordinates the entire tender process (RFQ/RFI/RFP) from opportunity receipt to final award, taking ownership of planning and execution, coordinating with Sales, Product Teams, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and KPI achievement. Requires ability to analyze customer needs, manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines in an international logistics environment, and proficiently use MS Office and related business tools. The role emphasizes process ownership, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement across tender activities for all assigned tenders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of University bachelor’s degree or Logistics Apprenticeship or equivalent Tender Management experience.
- Can effectively communicate in English and Chinese
- Experiences in various areas of freight forwarding (sales, operations, customer service etc.)
- Advanced level MS Office and business applications.
- Has a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
