Job Summary
Monitor, identify, and assess public tenders for education and digital learning across Europe, establishing a structured pipeline from EU institutions and ministries. Analyze requirements, eligibility criteria, and competitive landscapes to coordinate bid/no-bid assessments and recommend strategic participation. Develop comprehensive maps of European education funding sources, creating country-specific profiles and tracking budget cycles and policy priorities. Produce regular reports on procurement trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership on market entry and growth. Build relationships with public authorities, procurement bodies, and industry stakeholders to understand future plans and participate in relevant events. Support internal teams in preparing tender responses, ensuring compliance with regulations and submission deadlines while acting as a trusted advisor on deal strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Excellent analytical and research capabilities
- Ability to interpret policy documents and funding frameworks
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, CRM, and reporting capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Management
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
