Job Summary
Monitor public procurement platforms like TenderNed, Mercell, CTM, and TED for relevant opportunities, assessing go/no-go decisions with internal stakeholders. Manage the full tender lifecycle from planning and governance to submission, ensuring compliance with Dutch Tender Act and EU Directive 2014/24/EU. Coordinate internal reviews, gather input from sales, operations, finance, legal, and IT, and prepare all documentation including certificates and compliance checks. Submit tenders through official platforms, manage clarification processes, and support post-bid evaluations and win/loss analysis. Maintain accurate records, update internal templates, and document lessons learned to improve future bids. This role sits within the Public Sector team of a global leader in content and language solutions, located in Amstelveen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Law, Public Administration or a related field
- Proven experience managing public sector tenders or procurement processes
- Strong understanding of public procurement frameworks and compliance requirements
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
- Fixed Term contract
