Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end bid management process from bid/no-bid decisions through to finished delivery documentation, ensuring all tenders meet client requirements and highest standards. Coordinate technical and commercial aspects of multidisciplinary consultancy and EPC tenders by engaging engineering, business, and contractual teams while delegating tasks to meet strict deadlines. Manage the bid writing team, oversee scope clarification processes, and maintain internal proposal stock systems. Analyze tender documents to develop win strategies, mitigate commercial and technical risks, and ensure bid compliance. Lead feedback sessions for continuous improvement and close out bids regardless of outcome.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a relevant engineering consultancy/EPC industry
- Proven track record in tender management and coordination of medium and large scale projects
- Proven communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great attention to detail
- Demonstrable time and people management experience
