Job Summary
Conduct tender analysis for offshore energy projects by reviewing new project requests, extracting critical information regarding execution techniques, materials, risk factors, and costs. Coordinate with technical, legal, financial, and QHSSE teams to develop a technically and commercially attractive offer, while managing negotiations and client meetings. Prepare technical and commercial action plans in consultation with the Tender Manager and maintain visibility on project costs through discussions with subcontractors and suppliers. Deliver comprehensive tender documents meeting strict deadlines while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma in de richting van ingenieurswetenschappen, geologie, geografie of economie
