Tender Business Manager - Ostomy Care (West)

Job Summary
Lead tenders for Ostomy Care in the West zone of India. Build tender process strategy from shaping to bidding (technical and commercial), consolidate and track tender information, coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate quoting, collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning and execution, and drive successful tender outcomes while maintaining BEST code of conduct. Requires Masters in Pharma/Science or MBA, 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in managing major tenders in the region, strong English communication, analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel extensively. Open to extensive travel; role based in Mumbai with coverage across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Pharma/Science or MBA
- 10+ years of experience
- at least 5 years experience in managing major big tenders in the given territories
- proven track record
- Competency in MS Office
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and complex situations
