Job Summary
As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you will be the front desk person and greeter for an office building in downtown Seattle, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors. You will process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services; collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction; support building events and community engagement initiatives; provide administrative support including data entry and maintenance of tenant databases; and maintain on-site presence to ensure property operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments
- 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
