Job Summary
The Tenant Resource Counselor is responsible for assisting clients in adjusting to independent living by conducting assessments, developing service plans, and implementing those plans under the review of the Treatment Team. Key duties include maintaining client confidentiality, facilitating case management meetings, completing home visits, documenting clients' progress, and collaborating with other service providers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as are interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet Volunteers of America Delaware Valley standards
- Demonstrate competency in program related certifications

- Basic computer skills preferred
