Tenant Relations Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate tenant relations and resident engagement at a luxury multifamily property in Calgary. Serve as a primary contact for residents, guests, and prospective tenants; respond to inquiries via phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person interactions; investigate and resolve resident issues, escalate to management as needed, and maintain detailed records. Assist with application processing and approvals with the leasing team; communicate community updates and coordinate events and programs to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Leverage knowledge of local amenities and services to provide personalized recommendations; support property operations by coordinating with contracted service providers. Requires strong communication, hospitality mindset, problem-solving, organization, and proficiency with property management/CRM software. Role expects availability to work in-person with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education considered an asset
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, resident services, hospitality, property management, or related environment
- Demonstrated experience managing customer concerns and resolving service-related issues effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with property management or CRM software
- Ability to conduct property inspections and navigate multi-level residential properties
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime as operational needs require
