Job Summary
Conduct tenant prospecting to meet occupancy targets and manage the leasing administration process including document handling, database updates, and regular reporting. Maintain strong relationships with tenants throughout the rental cycle, coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth transactions, and monitor lease terms for renewal follow-ups and procedural needs. Requires S1 degree in Communication, Marketing, or Hospitality, plus strong negotiation and Microsoft Office skills. Fresh graduates with one year of leasing experience are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal S1 jurusan Komunikasi, Marketing, Perhotelan, atau bidang terkait
- Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar atau memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang leasing
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan membangun relasi yang baik
- Menguasai Microsoft Office serta memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
- Berpenampilan menarik, proaktif, teliti, dan memiliki customer service mindset
