Tenant Improvement Coordinator

Tenant Improvement Coordinator supports construction and leasing teams by creating updated building floor plans and maintaining rentable square footage and showroom as built plans while assisting the Senior Construction Manager’s management of all ANDMORE projects. Responsibilities include consolidating and managing floor plans in designated IMC properties, maintaining building floor plans and square footage, providing net rentable and gross square footage as needed, maintaining and updating the catalog of as-built plans for exhibit spaces, providing common area plans for capital projects, creating conceptual drawings for tenant and capital projects, creating fully dimensioned as-built drawings for GC bidding, conducting entrance and exit reviews for showrooms, collaborating with leasing on proposed space changes, configuring spaces with footage calculations for exhibitor needs, taking and editing photos of spaces, assisting in building evacuations, updating tenant evacuation plans and building egress plans. Requires minimum 2 years of CAD experience and proficiency with MRI/Yardi/Procore, strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to perform physical duties including walking sites and potentially lifting up to 20 pounds. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and capable of working across Construction, Development, and Leasing teams.
