Tenant Coordinator - MEP | Real Estate | Asset Management

Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with developer specifications, approved drawings, and community guidelines. Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth fit-out, move-in, and renovation processes. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify non-compliance issues, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. Monitor maintenance activities related to tenant units and common areas, following up on preventive and corrective actions. Support property and community enhancement initiatives, address tenant inquiries, and prepare reports on fit-out progress and operational performance. Ensure all tenant activities comply with contractual obligations and community regulations while supporting the efficient operation of residential properties within Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate's multi-billion-dollar MENA portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out, construction, property management, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector
  • Proven experience coordinating tenant fit-out activities, site inspections, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents
  • Strong understanding of fit-out requirements, construction drawings, developer guidelines, and property management practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within residential developments, mixed-use communities, or property management is preferred
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage resident interactions professionally
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining community standards
