Job Summary
Audit lease and move-in documentation, maintain resident account information, and process payments received by phone. Coordinate resident move-outs, prepare security deposit refunds, and review move-out charges for accuracy. Answer resident questions regarding account balances and assist with lease renewal preparation and processing. Process reasonable accommodation and modification requests in accordance with Fair Housing laws while maintaining confidential records. Partner with community management teams to support resident account needs and assist with reporting and special projects. Requires high school diploma, property management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
