Job Summary
Provide tenancy management support in Warrington across enquiries, tenancy changes, mutual exchanges, and garage lettings. Make informed decisions on tenancy matters, record-keeping with GDPR compliance, and deliver a joined-up, customer-focused service. Assist with bereavement support and succession claims, communicate decisions clearly, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Must demonstrate strong customer service, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while using digital systems. The role includes ensuring fair outcomes, maintaining accurate records, meeting performance targets, and upholding equality, safeguarding, and data protection standards. Interviews are competency-based and scheduled for Monday 6th July at the Warrington Bank Park Office.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in tenancy management, housing services or a similar environment
- Understanding of housing legislation, policies and processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage varied workload
- Proactive and flexible approach with decision-making confidence
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good IT skills and experience with digital systems
