Job Summary
Provide efficient, courteous service to all casino customers by taking drink orders, presenting beverages, clearing tables, and serving food in your assigned area. Pick up empty glasses, return them to the proper location, and maintain a clean, sanitary station by stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, and beverage napkins. Handle guest complaints promptly, ensure thorough communication between shifts, and complete all side work duties such as stocking items in a timely manner. Possess complete knowledge of all procedures, menu items, specials, and prices. Must be able to lift 20 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails. Work all shifts, including holidays, and comply with all departmental rules and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.)
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
- Possesses ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment
- Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and slip resistant
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
